Juhree had her 20 week ultrasound yesterday afternoon. The purpose of the ultrasound was to check for anatomy defects and also to find out the gender of the baby. We had the doctor write down the gender and seal it in an envelope for us to open later. At dinner we opened the envelope to find that we are having a boy. We are very excited that he is healthy and free of abnormalities.

Seeing the ultrasound pictures and finding out that we’re having a boy made it sink in that I’m going to be a dad in 5 months. It’s a great feeling and I can’t wait for June.

Juhree and I traded in the Honda Civic that we drove through college and got a new 2007 Tahoe 2LT. We picked it up the Wednesday before Christmas and took it on our one week vacation up to NW New Mexico. It is very comfortable and spacious. It made the 13 hours to and from tolerable. We should have no problem getting from A to B with the new baby, Duke, and all of our luggage.
