Wow time flys. I can’t believe that it is already near the end of January. Juhree and I are starting to get serious about finding a house. We have looked all over the suburbs north of Dallas at the new homes being built. Our target date for moving into a house is late July so if we are going to build a new house we have to start narrowing down where we want to build and who we want to build with. We are trying to find a nice community that isn’t too far out in the boonies. We are also looking for a house with a nice backyard so that we can have a labrador.

I’ve been really busy at work since the turn of the New Year. I have a few deals in the works right now and expect two more this upcoming week. Juhree is doing well with her class and expects to teach summer school again this summer.
